For deliveries to Germany we offer you the following payment options:

Shipping conditions
The handover to the shipping service provider takes place within 2 days after receipt of payment. Orders that are packed before 12 noon are usually picked up by the respective shipping company on the same day.
We cannot guarantee that the delivery date will not be met, as we have no influence on the further process once the parcel has been handed over.
Shipping costs & delivery times
For deliveries within Germany we charge a flat rate of €5.90 per order.
From an order value of €50.00, shipping is free of charge.
The delivery time within Germany is usually 1-3 working days.
For deliveries to Austria, we charge a flat rate of €7.90 per order.
The shipping costs are not exempt here - shipping is always subject to a charge.
The delivery time to Austria is usually 2-4 working days.
How should I measure?
We recommend using a soft measuring tape for the measurement. Alternatively, you can also use a strip of paper to measure and mark the spot.
Place the measuring tape on the widest part of the neck. For most dogs, this point is slightly above the shoulders. Slide two fingers between the tape measure and the neck (both fingers flat against the neck), then it will fit comfortably later. Now you have the perfect measurement for your four-legged friend.
Caution: Before the first walk, do another test to make sure that your dog does not slip off the collar. To do this, attach the lead to the collar (at the back of the neck) and try pulling the lead forward over the head. If the collar slips off, it is too loose and you should adjust it a little tighter.
