Order & delivery

We ship within Germany and to Austria.

All orders within Germany over €50 are delivered to your home free of charge. Under 50€ we charge a shipping fee, which is calculated during the checkout process. Deliveries to Austria cost a flat rate of €7.90.

Shipping within Germany takes 1-3 working days. Shipping to Austria usually takes 2-4 working days.

Yes, we also deliver to packing stations.

If you have noticed after placing your order that you have entered an incorrect delivery address, please send an e-mail to hello@apaw.dog
If the package has not yet been sent at the time we read the e-mail, we can still adjust the delivery address.

If we see your mail in time, we can still change your order. Please contactan:hello@apaw.dog as soon as possible

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail notification with a link to track your shipment.


It may take a few hours for the logistics service provider to activate tracking after your order has been picked up. If you have any questions about this, please contact hello@apaw.dog.

We accept credit cards, PayPal, instant bank transfer, Klarna invoice or installment purchase and payment in advance.

Returns & exchanges

Unused or unworn items can be returned within 30 days.

If the 30-day return period has already expired, but you have a problem with a product under warranty, you are welcome to contact us: hello@apaw.dog

Exchanges are easy! All unused or unworn items can be exchanged within 30 days - please contact hello@apaw.dog for details on how to process an exchange.

It is very important to us to offer products that are durable and long-lasting. We therefore offer a one-year guarantee on our products. Wear and tear can happen, especially when pets are romping around. If your items are damaged within one year of purchase, we will replace them free of charge. Email us at hello@apaw.dog to talk about our warranty.

 
We do not accept returns or exchanges for items that are dirty or damaged by dogs. However, if the product you have purchased is faulty or broken, we will be happy to send you a replacement.

We understand that some puppies chew on a lot of things during their development. Unfortunately, this is not part of normal wear and tear and is not a fault on our part. You are welcome to contactanhello@apaw.dogwendento see what we can do for you.

A pet makes a lot of mess, so we have designed all our items to be easy to clean. In general, a quick hand wash with mild soap is sufficient. For more detailed care instructions, take a look at the respective product page in our store.
